REVIEW:MARGARITA MOISTURISING MIST WITH FLAX EXTRACT

Today I have a review of my beloved Margarita Face Moisturising Mist with flax extract. If you are an  attentive viewer of my youtube channel by now should know almost everything about this product and how much I love it but in case you forgot it, as I did during winter, or you are new reader let me introduce you  to the one of my favourite skin care family members.

It is an ecological moisturizing mist which helps rejuvenate tired skin, refreshens and keeps your skin moisture levels balanced. It’s a really quick and easy extra step that you can add to your routine to make your skin look healthier and happier. It has a minimal amount of ingredients and the only thing that might not be everyone’s cup of tea and irritate a very sensitive skin is rose water. As far as scent goes it has a certain smell but it is really light, disappears after a second and does not remind me of roses. In fact the amount of rose water is so small that it shouldn’t bother anyone and the rest of ingredients are very affective.

A BIG RAMBLE ABOUT LITHUANIAN BEAUTY SHOPS AND BOURJOIS HEALTHY MIX FOUNDATION REVIEW

So today I have not so great review about really hyped product and I just want to put it out there that I am writing from Lithuanian perspective and maybe you don’t have to deal with same problems. I recently purchased  Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation because it was raved about by so many youtubers. I heard so many comparisons with Channel foundations, that it is really hydrating, natural and dewy.

Let’s begin my story with the fact that the lightest shade in Lithuanian stores is Light Beige and it’s not a first time when Lithuanian stores have foundations starting from third of fourth shade in the line and it’s the biggest nonsense. If you would take a map and check where Lithuania is you would not find us anywhere near the equator. Many girls in Lithuania have very fair skin and know I understand why too dark foundation is a common mistake here. By now I believe you understand that Light Beige is too dark for me.

The other problem is that it oxidized really quickly and the fact that I am wearing too dark foundation was even more visible. I can’t say anything about how long it stays on your face because the only thing I wanted to do was to take it off. It didn’t felt hydrating on contrary it clinged to dry patches and just felt really dry and not dewy at all.

So this was my experience but maybe yours is totally different and I would love to hear that because I feel that sometimes it’s difficult to believe everything what big youtubers recommend because there are so many factors shaping their opinions. I will see you very soon!

REVIEW:ESSENCE NUDE LIPSTICKS

I decided to continue our conversation about lip products with a  post about new Essence range of nude lipsticks. I won't lie when I saw them I was pretty excited because by now it should be widely known that their lipsticks are great value for money and my lip product's collection could be cold fifty shades of nude. Blond girls around the world could you tell me your secret how you are able to pull off bright colors without looking like clowns? Until then I am happily exploring the realm of nude shades.

Porcelain doll

From Essence collection I have two spokesman 02-Porcelain Doll and 04-It's Nude Time.I find interesting that number 4 is much lighter than number 2. It's nude is really reminiscent of concealer color but I like it and I like to think that I can pull it off and Porcelain Doll is perfect easy to wear nude that would suite many skin tones.

The formula of these are just like every other Essence lipstick, not quite matte not really glossy, somewhere in the middle. Staying power is average but could be prolonged with lip pencil worn underneath.

I am not ashamed to say that I want to buy all of the shades because these lipsticks are damn cheap and I know that I will wear all of those colors. Tell me in the comments what is your relationship with bright lip colors?

REVIEW: SLEEK MATTE ME LIP CREAM

So today's post will be short and sweet because weather is getting warmer and ain't nobody got time for that. Let's discus my new lip products family member Sleek Matte Me lip cream.

The one that I have is in shade Petal gorgeous natural cold toned pink as Essie Button would call it muted neon. This formula is really matte and really long lasting, as you would expect from matte lip product a bit drying. The biggest flaw that lets down this product is the applicator, it is really bulky and I find difficult to use precisely and believe me you want precision while applying matte lip cream... Nevertheless whenever I wear it I get a lot of compliments from everyone and in my book it's the most important thing.

REVIEW: SUPERDRUG ALOE VERA MUD MASK

After a short break from beauty I am back with a review about Superdrug's Aloe Vera Mud Mask.
Who doesn't like a good and affordable pamper session at home, so lets find out if this should be included?

The first thing that caught my attention and drawn me to this particular face mask (Superdrug has the whole line of them) is the big word "DE-STRESSING'' on the packaging. It was just that time before my exams when I bought it and I thought that anything that claims to reduce my anxiety levels was worth trying. Indeed, the aloe vera extract smells really relaxing, I believe it would be perfect for someone who just recovered from flue because it kinda makes breathing much easier job and has a cooling effect. Although the smell is that feature that concerns me because it's quite strong I think there is a possibility that perfumes included in this mask can irritate really sensitive skin. But when was the last time when you used an odorless face mask? At least this one smells good and is relaxing.

So that was the big talk about the smell but you are probably buying a face mask for skin treatment not for an aroma therapy. This one is for a normal to combination skin and claims to give you a soft and radiant complexion and I think I agree. This face mask doesn't do much for my skin but it really makes it softer and gets rid of that layer of dead skin, although afterwards my skin feels a bit drier but not as dry as after using other mud masks.

To sum up, if you are searching for a face mask purely for a Sunday ritual or as a helper to relax and shortly forget your issues not to solve your skin problems this is the one for you for a really affordable price. It's a really good smelling but not so healthy cupcake.

REVIEW: LOREAL CARESSE LIPSTICK

Today I am here to talk about my recently born love for Loreal . I was hearing about them everywhere and our collision was inevitable. This brand has a remarkable variety of truly amazing products but it wouldn't be a real world without some misses and in my opinion that black sheep in the whole Loreal family is their Caresse lipsticks.

To begin with, it has a lot of good qualities. It glides really smoothly on the lips, feels light and moisturising. What is more, this line has a really nice variety of shades from naturally looking light ones to vibrant reds and purples. Mine is gorgeous Innocent pink and I believe that this line should be appropriate for girls and women from different age categories because the formula is sheer and it gives a subtle illusion of fuller sexier lips and as always Loreal packaging is the best. It looks really sleek, modern and just simply nice. Maybe because of this reason it never left my handbag since I bought it.

So what's wrong whit it? Actually the only flaw that it has is that the pigment of this lipstick gathers around every imperfection that your lips have drawing attention to something you want to hide. It is the fatal reason that made me think about this product as a beautiful accessory looking good on my vanity but not an indispensable makeup product. I am waiting with hope for warmer months to come when my lips seem to bee at their best and be pleasantly surprised.

REVIEW: BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO

Hello Loves!

Today I am going to talk about well known companion and hand bag resident of so many girls Batiste dry shampoo. Although there is a countless number of reviews about this product mine will be a bit different! Why?Because I didn't like it.

It is a really hyped product and I just can't understand why. It doesn't do anything to my hair at all (to be honest I have not yet encountered dry shampoo that would do something). It does give a little boost from my roots but only for a few minutes and I don't like the smell of it at all (I am not so proud owner of a floral and fruity one).



To make my rant even more impressive I am throwing in the fact that this shampoo should be the worst enemy of every girl that has dry or damaged hair because of the alcohol that is one of the ingredients. Alcohol tends to make everything it touches into unpleasant desert of dead skin. So if you were wondering where did that dandruff come from or why your hair is getting drier this might be the answer.

So it's safe to claim that this Batiste dry shampoo won't be my bestie and our relationship is over. Am I the only one with such a bad dating history with dry shampoos? Let me know in the comments!
